Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item to ourselves it is your own responsibility to return the item in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. If this is not met then no refund will be granted for the returned item.
PLEASE NOTE:If you wish to make a return it is your responsibility to notify the office via email or telephone, a letter with the item returned is not sufficient and no refund will be processed until this has taken place. If you wish to exchange an item which has been ordered in error then this will need to be done within 7 Working Days and payment will need to be taken in full for the new item until the old one is returned. A refund will be granted on the return of the exchanged item to ourselves upon inspection and testing that the item is in a resellable condition.
PLEASE NOTE:Under no circumstances will we be able to release an exchanged item without the full payment for the item or the unwanted item being returned to ourselves. If you choose to reject an item upon delivery from the driver this will incur a £25 re-delivery charge which will be deducted from your refund. However this will not occur if the item is damaged or is an error on our behalf, Alternatively you can choose to return the item yourself at your own cost.
If you find your item to be damaged when delivered via a Courier it is your responsibility to report this to ourselves within 2 Working Days, no damage claims will be accepted if reported out of this time period. Under no circumstances should the damaged item be thrown away or fitted and must be returned to ourselves. We shall have no liability for any claim in respect of an alleged defect, fault or error which would be apparent on inspection before use or fitting. The replacement item will be delivered within normal lead times as stated when placing your order.
