We offer a full service from, choosing to planning to fitting and aftercare advice and services. We can take care of all your needs.
Our Fitting
We offer a fully licensed fitting service, we will arrange for our fitters to install your kitchen or bedrooms at a time that is mutually convenient. Our fitters will leave your property in the same condition we found it and always tidy up after work is completed.
DIY Fitting
You are welcome to use your own fitting service, please be aware this may void parts, or all of your guarantee. Please ask for details.
Outsource Fitting
If you have a fitter that you would like to use in mind, please check with us that this fitter is approved and this will not affect your guarantee
Our Fitting Service highlights
FULLY ACCREDITED
- We only use Gas Safe (previously CORGI) accredited fitters on jobs that require this (for example fitting a cooker). Our electricians also carry the NICEIC certification and are fully accredited, this gives our customers the assurance that the work being carried out is of the highest standard.
FULLY CO-ORDINATED
- Our fully co-ordinated kitchen and bedroom installation service can save you valuable time, especially when it comes to the trickier jobs like fitting sinks, taps, worktops and appliances. We offer a range of installation options that can be tailored to suit your needs, all at a great price.
PRE-INSTALLATION VISIT
- Depending on the individual job we may need to vistit the property / installation site to fully evaluate the time and cost of fitting. We may also need access to measure up to finalise the planning process. We will endeavour to find the a time and date that is suitable.
FITTING GUARANTEES
- Our workmanship is of the highest standard, and comes with a 3 year workmanship guarantee. This guarantee covers the installation and workmanship of the installed kitchen or bedroom. This guarantee is subject to certain conditions, please ask in-store for details.
PRE-PLANNING
- Our fitters are highly skilled and have years of experience under their belt, but the secret to the excellent finished product is in the planning and preparation. That's why we offer a full planning and design service to make sure your new kitchen or bedroom is installed hassle free.
CLEAN & TIDY
- We ensure that our fitters leave your home or property, tidy, clean and free from rubbish from the installation. If the job is over 2 days, they will leave the work site tidy and free from hazards.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Heath & Safety is something we take seriously at Customise Kitchens Limited. When working every measure will be taken to keep hazardous substances safe and out of reach of children. loose ladders, exposed fittings, airborne particles, hazardous substances and fumes are something we try to avoid where possible. If you have small children, please try to keep them away from the installation site.
